CCNYGAM Privacy Policy

CCNYGAM is a private calendar synchronization application operated by F1 Consulting Inc. It synchronizes figure skating session schedules from a rink scheduling system with designated Google Calendars.

Information Accessed

The application requests Google Calendar access to read, create, update, and delete calendar events needed for synchronization.

How Information Is Used

Google Calendar information is used solely to maintain the accuracy of the operator's rink scheduling calendars. It is not used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

Data Storage and Security

Google OAuth authorization credentials are stored locally on the operator's computer. The application uses Google's OAuth authorization mechanism to access Google Calendar.

Information Sharing

The application does not sell Google user data or share it with third parties for advertising or marketing. Data is transmitted to Google Calendar as necessary to perform synchronization.

Data Retention and Deletion

Calendar events created by the application remain in Google Calendar until updated or deleted through synchronization or manually removed. Locally stored authorization credentials can be deleted to remove the application's stored access.

Access can also be revoked through Google Account security settings.

Google API Services

The application's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
